江苏省火电机组节能减排在线监测系统的开发及应用

阐述了江苏省火电机组节能减排在线监测系统的监测模型、系统架构及应用功能开发情况，分析了系统的特点及其推广应用情况。该系统以实现多种类型火电机组节能减排监管业务数据的实时在线监测为目标．基于电力调度数据网络，利用J2EE分布式多层系统应用架构技术，依据MVC模式的设计思路进行技术的选型及应用的开发，包括机组状态实时监控、统计分析等功能，已在全省270余家电厂应用，保障了脱硫（硝）电价等节能减排政策落到实处。

Development and application of the thermal power units energy - saving emission reduction online monitoring system of Jiangsu province

It described the monitoring model, system architecture and functions of the the energy -saving emis- sion reduction online monitoring system of thermal power units, then analyzed the characteristics and range of the system. The aim of the system was to realize the on - line monitoring data of energy saving emission reduc- tion business of various types of thermal power units. It was based on the design idea of MVC mode and built on the power dispatching data network and the J2EE distributed system architecture technology. The system was widely used in 270 plants, which realized the real - time online monitoring to the energy consuming index and pollutant emission index of coal - fired plant,The achievements promote the economizing energy and reducing emission task and lays stable foundation for the economic generatin~l control of Jianasu Province.
