湿法烟气脱硫用石灰石溶解数学模型研究

摘    要:石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫是我国广泛应用的脱硫技术,其中石灰石活性对优化脱硫装置的设计,降低脱硫成本.提高脱硫效率显得尤为重要。通过实验对石灰石活性进行了研究,在固定pH值的条件下,采用酸滴定石灰石浆液的方法.研究了不同pH值以及Cl-对石灰石溶解率的影响。结果表明,在所测的pH值范围内,较低的pH值有利于石灰石的溶解,pH值每降低0.5,石灰石的溶解率增加8%左右。但为了保持吸收溶液的脱硫效果,一般选择pH值在5.0.5.5之间。Cl-阻碍石灰石的溶解,Na^+促进石灰石的溶解,且pH值越高作用越明显。此外,建立了石灰石溶解的数肇模型并与实验结果进行了比较.得到了较好的相似性。

Abstract:Limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization(WFGD) technology is being applied widely in the world, and it is important to decrease the operation cost and optimize the design to improve the desulfurization efficiency.At a fixed pH value, the paper investigated activity of the limestone by series of experiments carried out by titration method. The results indicate that a lower pH value is favorable for the limestone solution which increases 8% when pH decrease 0.5. The appropriate pH between 5.0 - 5.5 is recommended at the operation condition. And it is obvious that Na^+ has a favorable effect on the solution while Cl- is reversed, especially when pH value is higher. Furthermore, a mathematic model of dissolution of limestone is constituted in the paper. Compared with result of experiment, the model is similar to the result.
