中小型工业锅炉石灰湿式脱硫装置的试验研究

摘    要:在1t/h的锅炉上进行了石灰湿式脱硫的冷、热态试验,阐述了气体参数和浆液参数对脱硫塔阻力和脱硫效率的影响规律,并分析了脱硫塔内的气体速度分布状况。结果表明脱硫塔阻力小于300Pa,脱硫效率大于50%,是一种投资省、阻力低、占地少适合我国国情,具有开发前景的脱硫工艺。

Abstract:The cold and hot state experiment of lime wet FGD system are studied on 1t/h boiler.The influencing factors upon the resistance and the desulfurizing efficiency of FGD system such as gas slurry parameters are discussed,and also analysed the state of gas speed distribution,which show that the resistance of the FGD system is low than 300Pa and SO 2 removal efficiencv is higher than 50%.
