为促使清洁生产在新的世纪里持久深入地进行 ,有必要对其过去二十多年的发展历程进行回顾总结 ,也非常有必要对其发展趋势做出判断预测。本系列文章共包含两个部分 ,第一部分回顾了世界范围内及我国推行清洁生产的进展情况 ,第二部分归纳了国际上清洁生产的成功做法和发展趋势 ,并在此基础上指出了我国未来几年内的清洁生产工作重点

THE REVIEW AND PERSPECTIVE OF CLEANER PRODUCTION-THE STATE OF THE ARTS

The last two decades has shown remarkable progress in the implementation of cleaner production all over the world. In order to give new impetus to and focus on the implementation and development of cleaner production in the future, the status is reviewed and the trends are identified in this series. Two papers are included: the first one explores how cleaner production developed in the world and in China; the second summarizes some successful experience and trends in the promotion and uptake of cleaner production around the globe.
