| 摘 要： | 通过实地考察，采用现场观察、员工访谈、文件与记录调阅的方法，收集了某油田作业区HSE培训管理方面的信息，用OPPT方法对HSE培训管理现状进行了分析、研究，得出了该作业区HSE培训管理好的做法和不足，并提出了改进意见。
