| Abstract: | Environment protection and sustainable development aim to turn waste to resource,which guarantee the ecological security,and explore new resources.Increasing resource utilization efficiency and reducing waste pollution is an essential way to realize win-win between environment and economic benefits.Starting with prevention and control of heavy metal pollution,this paper analyzed and discussed how to increase the utilization rate of recyclable resource,as well as the recycling and treatment of comprehensive recyclable resource. |
