摘    要:提高资源利用效率,有效减少废弃物对环境的污染,是实现环境与效益双赢的重要方法。以重金属污染防治为例,就提高再生资源利用率以及综合性再生资源的回收处理等问题进行分析和探讨。

Abstract:Environment protection and sustainable development aim to turn waste to resource,which guarantee the ecological security,and explore new resources.Increasing resource utilization efficiency and reducing waste pollution is an essential way to realize win-win between environment and economic benefits.Starting with prevention and control of heavy metal pollution,this paper analyzed and discussed how to increase the utilization rate of recyclable resource,as well as the recycling and treatment of comprehensive recyclable resource.
