| 摘 要： | 环境适应性是装备(产品)的重要质量特性之一.弹药是武器装备的重要组成部分,弹药的环境适应性好,其储存寿命就长,反之则短.弹药的环境适应性不但涉及加工制造,更主要的在于研制过程中的环境适应性设计.在研制过程中,弹药环境适应性设计不但需要考虑温度、湿度等主要的环境因素,还需要特别重视材料、涂镀层、部件的耐蚀、耐老化性能,材料间的相容性,包装的影响等问题.为了提高弹药环境适应性的设计水平,还需要开展弹药的自然环境试验和加速老化试验,研究弹药的环境适应性.建议开展弹药的环境试验、研究,切实提高弹药的环境适应性设计水平.

| Abstract: | Environmental worthiness of equipment (product) is one of the important quality characteristics.Ammunition is an important part of weapon system,and its environmental worthiness determines weapon's service life.The environmental worthiness of ammunition not only deals with manufacturing,but also or even more deal with environmental worthiness design.In development process,ammunition environmental worthiness design needed to be considered were not only the environmental factors such as tempera- ture and degree of humidity,but also other factors such as material,coating,corrosion and weathering performance of parts,and pack- aging.To improve the environmental worthiness design,natural and accelerated environmental test needed to be carried out.Suggestion was put forward that environmental test be carried out to improve the environmental worthiness of ammunition. |
