大型脉冲布袋除尘器的设计

本文论述了我院与日本泉公司（亻－亻－株式会社）联合设计的大型脉冲除尘器的主要性能和特点，该除尘器过滤面积为５２００ｍ２，滤袋长度７ｍ，除尘器出口浓度为２０ｍｇ／Ｎｍ３（保证值），滤袋使用寿命为２年，主要技术指标处于国际领先水平。

STUDY ON DESIGN OF HIGH-CAPACITY PULSE SEPARATOR WITH FILTER BAG

The principal property and characteristics of high-capacity pulse ash separator with filter bag, which was jiontly designed by Japaners ICE Company and our Institute,has heen studied. The filter area of the ash separator is about 5200m2, the length of the filter bag is more than 7 meters, the concentration in the outlet of the ash separator was measured about 20mg/m3, the life of filter bag is over two years. The main technical parameters of the equipment have reached the advanced level in this field.
