高层建筑地下室消防安全性能的分析与评估

摘    要:以建筑性能化消防安全设计理论与方法为基础,以建筑物性能化规范标准为原则,以某高层建筑的地下室工程为例,对其超出高层建筑防火设计规范的地下室油罐和制冷机房安全通道等对整体建筑消防安全有重大影响的防火设计部分进行消防安全性能的分析与评估,同时给出地下室消防性能评估步骤与流程。结果表明,该地下室工程所采用的防火防爆与正常使用等措施,可对建筑物与人员提供可靠的消防安全保障。该地下室工程的消防安全设计可以供其他相关工程借鉴参考。

Abstract:Based on the theory and method of performance-based fire fighting safety design for buildings,and taking the building performance standards as the principle at the same time,the fire fighting safety design of oil tank and refrigeration room secure channel for a high-rise building basement were analyzed and evaluated,which had a significant impact on the overall construction fire fighting safety but beyond the fire fighting standard of high-rise buildings in practical engineering.The assessment of steps and processes for fire fighting safety of high-rise building basement were proposed also.The results indicated that the fire fighting remedies in this high-rise building basement project were dependable both for personnel safety or construction safety,the experience and the assessment of performance-based fire fighting safety for high-rise building basement that was put forward in this paper were useful for other projects.
