| Abstract: | This paper is devoted to apply hypermedia techniques to develop a forest fire management system. A hypetext database has been made for the management of the vast multimedia data associated with forest fire prevention and protection. Methods and principles of hypermedia techniques adopted in this system have successfully solved the problems in traditional system such as single datum class,loose data structure and low feedback speed. The completion of this system provides an effective tool for supporting decision making of forest fire management. |
