| 摘 要： | 在区域开发项目中合理地利用资源是反映区域内经济布局，产业结构及生产工艺先进与清洁的一个方面，其合理性分析是区域环境评价与环境规划中必不可少的一部分。本文列举了天津市近年来完成的有代表性的区域环境规划与环境评价项目中有关内容的类比分析方法。 |

| Abstract: | Reasonable use of energy and resources in regional development can reflect the layout of regional economy,industrial structure,advanced and cleaner production process.The reasonable analysis is an important part of regional environmental assessment and programme.This paper cites some analogous analysis methods used in recent and representative regional environmental assessment and programme.It is hoped to promote reasonable use of energy and resources in regional development,reduce resources waste and environmental pollution caused by overuse of energy. |
