| 摘 要： | 在明代,自然灾害频繁发生,设厂施粥作为救荒的重要措施之一被经常施行,在救灾过程中发挥着积极的作用,但在实际运行的过程中也表现出了一些弊端.文章即以明代的粥厂为研究对象,从其设立、运行与管理、利病得失等方面加以分析,以窥其概貌.

| Abstract: | In Ming Dynasty, natural disasters had been frequently happening. To relieve natural disasters, gruel factories were usually set up as one of the important measures, and they often brought about some active effect, but there used to be some disadvantages in practice. The article is to take the porridge factory of Ming Dynasty as an object of study, and analyze the establishment, management, advantages and disadvantages, and give some useful information. |
