混凝气浮-水解酸化-接触氧化-混凝沉淀工艺处理染色废水

摘    要:该处理工艺对悬浮物、胶体,色度具有极高的去除率。对该废水在投加混凝剂的基础上再投加少量的脱色剂,脱色效率可达90%以上。混凝气浮预处理后,消减了废水中的有机物,大大降低后续处理设施的负荷,提高了整套系统运行的稳定性。同时,减少了投资规模,降低了运行费用,获得了理想的处理效果。

Abstract:A kind of combined process consisting air flotation-hydrolysis acidification-contact oxidation-coagulating sedimentation was applied to treatment of dyeing wastewater, which has high removal efficiency of SS, colloid and chroma. By using several decolourant, the decolorizing rate was above 90%. As mainly organic compounds were removed in air flotation segment, so the load of following apparatus was reduced, consumedly and operation stability was improved. Moreover the scale of investment and run-cost were greatly reduced.
