涂层自然环境试验模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:使用模糊综合评价方法对防护涂层自然环境试验结果进行了评价。首先确定对象集、因素集、评语集,再建立其相互关系,通过计算得到加权型模糊综合评定集,将被评价事物的模糊指标定量化。该方法采用了专家咨询法、模糊数学计算方法,能避免或减少人为判断的不一致性,使材料或产品的环境适应性评价更科学、准确。

Abstract:Natural environmental test result of protective coating was evaluated with fuzzy integrated evaluation method.Object set,factor set,and comment set were determined first.The relationships between them were then established.Weighted fuzzy integrated evaluation set was obtained by calculation,so that the fuzzy index of evaluated things were quantified.In this method,expert’s consultation method and fuzzy mathematics calculation method were used.Therefore the estimation variance of artificial estimation can be avoided or reduced;the environmental worthiness evaluation can be more scientific and more exact.
