The Environmental Problem Originate from Eco-tourism-static Legal Analysis

The exploitation of eco-tourism and the biodiversty protection forms complex legal relations that related to multi-interestion parties in different dimensions.According to the degree of the internal relationship among different entities and the distance of mutual influence among different dimensions,we divide the factors into three dimensions,the most outer background dimension include:time and space factors,politics,economy and social culture;the macro-dimension includes;the higher authority(including the central government and its functional departments),the public,the environmental protection lobbies and the media bob;the micro-dimension includes:the local governments(including its functional departments),the sponsors and the local residents.
