| 摘 要： | 介绍了国外自然环境试验站网及其管理技术概况,分析了国外军用和民用自然环境试验站网的共同点和差异。结果表明,国外的自然环境试验站网近几年有不断扩大的趋势,同时重点在我国周边布局;国防自然环境试验被发达国家看成军队乃至国家的宝贵财富,通过财政和政策等手段给予支持,同时鼓励军民两用。站网管理的主要手段有认证认可、优化配置、充分利用软硬件、注重标准化、加强宣传、开展合作等。
