| 摘 要： | 文章就区域发展循环经济的基本框架问题进行了探讨,阐述了区域循环经济建设的基本框架应以经济增长模式的转变为核心,从企业、园区和社会三个层面着手,以五个领域为重点,为创建循环经济示范区域提供初始框架。

| Abstract: | Framework of regional circular economy development was discussed.It was pointed out that the core of framework was to realize the conversion in the mode of economic increase,which it should begin with such three layers as enterprises,industrial parks,and society,and the emphasis should be put on the five key fields.The framework might serve regional circular economic development. |
