| Abstract: | In order to adapt the production and construction to the economic development,the management strategy of "simplifying administrative organs,reducing staffs and production costs" is carried out in shaoguan Iron & Steel Group Company in later 1990s.This paper introduces the experiences both in optimizing safety management structures and improving all the work of safety management. |
