| 摘 要： | 以自然灾害系统理论为基础,阐述了沙尘暴灾害风险的概念;从致灾因子危险性、孕灾环境稳定性和承灾体脆弱性三个方面分析了沙尘暴灾害风险构成;根据其风险构成特点初步研究了这三个方面的风险评估指标,探讨了这些指标在沙尘暴灾害风险评估中应用的意义。
