| 摘 要： | 循环经济是人类生存发展的必然选择,也是我国可持续发展的必然选择。但是到目前为止,循环经济理论研究不足,对实践的指导作用不强,因此循环经济发展中存在着诸多盲目性、片面性,以及循环经济基本原理与循环经济实践严重脱节的现象,影响循环经济健康发展。在全面分析我国发展循环经济必然性的基础上,创新性地提出了循环经济的理论基础是物质不灭定律和能量转让与守恒定律,填补了循环经济这一理论空白。对于丰富循环经济理论,指导循环经济实践都有其重要的现实意义。
