| 摘 要： | 随着人类社会的发展，人类活动所产生的环境影响正变得越来越复杂，已经超出了现行的环境影响评价的范围。累积影响评价不仅可以解决这一问题，而且是环境影响评价向前发展的一个标志。在分析了其优点，并就其目前的发展状况提出了实施累积影响评价可能遇到的问题，以及解决这些问题的方法，为在我国开展累积影响评价提供基础。

| Abstract: | With the development of human society, the environmental impacts caused by human activities are getting more and more complex and going beyond the scope of EIA carried out. This paper analyses the advantages of the CIA, and examines the possible solutions if CIA is to be brought into effect under its current condition, so as to contribute to facilitating EIA practice in China. |
