摘    要:挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)是修造船厂排放的最主要的大气污染物之一,主要来源于船体涂装操作,尤其是室外涂装操作。提出了船舶室外涂装工程中挥发性有机化合物产生量的计算方法,根据船舶不同涂装部位的涂刷面积、涂料性质等要素,可计算不同时间尺度下的VOCs的产生速率和产生量,为船舶修造企业排污量预测和对周边大气环境影响的源强估算提供了更准确的办法。相关调查结果表明,根据涂装过程工艺水平和要求不同,单位船体外表面涂装过程中VOCs平均产生量为120g/m^2-250g/m^2。

Abstract:Volatile organic compounds(VOCs) are one of the most important gaseous pollutants from the dockyard, which are mainly from the painting and coating operation, especially the outdoor work. The quantification methodology was proposed for the calculation of VOCs emissions from the painting process in this paper. The emission rate and amount of the VOCs with different time scales could be determined according to the part of hull painted, painting area and paints characteristics. This study could provide more accurate prediction for the discharge of shipbuilding and ship repairing industry and better estimation of source inten- sity for the environment impact assessment of ambient atmosphere, The data showed that the average emissions of VOCs range from 120 g/m2 to 250 g/m2 during the surface coating and painting process varying with the painting techniques and requirements.
