| Abstract: | This paper discussed the concept of safety and safety assessment and their relationship withother related concepts. The theory of building up the safety assessment models of operating system was studied based on safety science theory and safety structure of operating system. Themodels which are using today are analyzed in an all--round way and classified. The best ways tobuild the safety assessment model are proposed finally. |
