| 摘 要： | 样品采用碱消化，室温下在pH＝4．9时进行乙基化反应，氢气为载气，Carbotrap富集有机态汞，等温气相色谱（GC）分离，用冷原子萤光仪（CVAFS）测定。方法检出限20pg。线性范围100～600pg。回收率在95％～105％之间。

| Abstract: | Soil sample was used by alkaline digestion, which conducted on ethylation reaction in buffer of pH = 4.9 at room temperature. Organo-Hg was collected by carbotrap and separated by isothermal GC method,using Ar as carrier gas. Element mercury Hg0 was detected by CVAFS. The linear range of the determination,100-600 ng and the recoveries between 95 % and 105%. |
