贫水地区水资源开发利用的系统分析方法

本文提出运用系统工程的思想与技术，将水资源开发利用置于一个复杂时变的社会经济系统中进行模拟与分析的方法，以反映所研究地区未来时期水资源开发利用的发展变化趋势，为制定与国民经济和社会发展协调一致的水资源开发利用战略奠定基础。

A Systematic Analysis Method of the Water Resources Development and Utilization in Water-Lacking Area

This paper,by using systematic thinking and technique,put fotward a simulation and analysis method which brought the development and utilization of water resources into a complex and time-varying society-economy system,to reflect future tendency of the development utilization of water resources in the subjest area,and provided the water-lacking area with a making-strategy basis for a good harmony between the development and utilization of water resources,society and economy.
