建筑可持续发展视角下供应链协调与社会责任共担机理研究方案架构

基于建筑全生命周期这个主线,建筑可持续发展视角下供应链协调与社会责任共担机理研究,以绿色建筑供应链运行效率为导向,以既有建筑节能改造效率为切入点,以产业链过程中各主体行为规律为基础,采用“总-分-合”的基本研究思路模式,聚焦了“主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调机理与策略、既有建筑节能改造主体社会责任共担机理、建筑废弃物再生利用产业链主体社会责任共担机理”等三部分核心内容,初步形成建筑可持续发展视角下供应链协调与社会责任共担机理的理论体系。本成果采用“总-分-合”的思路模式,基于循环经济理念和主体行为策略视角,遵循研究的学理逻辑,以研究生学位论文为基础,开展“主导企业驱动下绿色建筑供应链协调机理与策略、既有建筑节能改造主体社会责任共担机理、建筑废弃物再生利用产业链主体社会责任共担机理”3个子课题研究,从系统整体概况实施全面研究规划着手,构架了总括、绿色建筑供应链协调机理、既有建筑节能改造主体社会责任共担、建筑废弃物再生利用社会责任共担、总结等五大模块及上中下三大篇共12章的系统体系。

Research scheme framework of supply chain coordination and social responsibility sharing mechanism from the perspective of building sustainable development

Based on the main line of the whole life cycle of construction,the research on the mechanism of supply chain coordination and social responsibility sharing from the perspective of sustainable development of construction,taking the operation efficiency of green building supply chain as the guidance,the efficiency of energy-saving transformation of existing buildings as the breakthrough point,and the behavior law of each subject in the process of industrial chain as the basis,the basic research thinking mode of"total,separation and combination"is adopted,focusing on"leading"the three core contents including the coordination mechanism and strategy of green building supply chain driven by enterprises,the social responsibility sharing mechanism of existing building energy-saving transformation subject,and the social responsibility sharing mechanism of construction waste recycling industry chain.The theoretical system of supply chain coordination and social responsibility sharing mechanism from the perspective of building sustainable development has been preliminarily formed.Based on the concept of circular economy and the perspective of subject behavior strategy,this achievement adopts the thinking mode of"total,separation and combination",follows the theoretical logic of research,and takes postgraduate dissertations as students to carry out"the coordination mechanism and strategy of green building supply chain driven by leading enterprises,the social responsibility sharing mechanism of existing building energy-saving transformation subjects,and the main body of construction waste recycling industry chain from the overall situation of the system and the implementation of the comprehensive research plan,this paper constructed a system,consisting of five modules,i.e.,the overall situation of the system,the coordination mechanism of green building supply chain,the social responsibility sharing of existing building energy-saving transformation subjects,the social responsibility sharing of construction waste recycling,which demonstrated in 12 chapters in three parts.
