循环微电解法处理染料废水的研究

摘    要:采用循环微电解法处理染料废水,测量水样的COD值、pH值、色度等指标.结果表明,色度去除率可高达95%,且脱色迅速;COD值的去除率约为60%.使用循环微电解法可以对染料废水进行预处理,很大程度上提高废水的可生化性,为染料废水的进一步生化处理创造条件.

Abstract:The present article aims to introduce the authors' application of the circular micro-electrolysis technology to the treatment of the dye wastewater.In so doing the chemical oxygen demand(COD) measurements,pH measurements,chromaticity measurements,have been used to study the sewage sample,which were obtained in the course of reaction.The paper has also discussed the factors and efficiencies of the reaction to the micro-electrolysis during the experiments.From the results of the treatment by using the circular micro-electrolysis technology,it can be found that the color removal rate can reach 95%,with high velocity.However,the COD removing rate was not ideal,just only about 60%.But as a preparation treatment step,it helps to create better conditions for the further biochemical treatment.
