| Abstract: | Transference of electrolytic aluminum industry to western regions is a general trend recently,at the same time, it has becomes a hot topic.The western regions are not qualified to develop a large-scale recycling non-ferrous metal industry. In fact,western recycling non-ferrous metal industry mainly depends on endogenous development. |
