| Abstract: | The paper presents the key problems,such as the status of sludge disposal,the choice of technical route of sewage harmless disposal for BOT project,market analysis of nutrition soil,the measuring calculation and enactment of blocked marked-price and enactment,the advantage of BOT fund-raising mode in Jingzhou sewage treatment plant;analyzes the technical route and fund-raising mode of the project as well as the demonstration function and significance on sludge disposal projects in sewage treatment plant of the country. |
