摘    要:研究了鼠李糖脂浓度对3种多环芳烃(PAHs)菲、荧蒽和芘去除率的影响,以及对土壤微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,培养35d后,鼠李糖脂质量浓度为100~200mg/kg时,菲、荧蒽和芘的去除率相对最高,土壤中细菌16SrRNA基因和phnAc基因的丰度也达到最大。土壤中天然的PAHs降解菌群主要是假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)、鞘氨醇单胞菌属(Sphingomonas)、溶杆菌属(Lysobacter)和环脂酸芽孢杆菌属(Tumebacillus)等;加入鼠李糖脂后,赭黄嗜盐囊菌属(Haliangium)和土壤红杆菌属(Solirubrobacter)的丰度增加,促进了PAHs更高效的降解。

Abstract:The effects of different concentrations of rhamnolipid on the removal rate of 3 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon(PAHs)phenanthrene,fluoranthene and pyrene in soils and soil microbial community compositions were conducted.Results showed that rhamnolipids mass concentration of 100-200 mg/kg had the best removal rate of phenanthrene,fluoranthene and pyrene,as well as the highest abundance of bacterial 16 SrRNA gene and phnAc gene.The natural PAHs-degrading bacteria were Pseudomonas,Bacillus,Sphingomonas,Lysobacter and Tumebacillus.The presence of rhamnolipids increased the abundance of Haliangium and Solirubrobacter,which promoted the degradation of PAHs.
