某地区铁路职工ASCVD总体发病危险评估调查分析

评估某地区铁路职工ASCVD总体发病危险,为健康干预提供依据。按照《中国成人血脂异常防治指南(2016年修订版)》分析该地区2 910名铁路职工ASCVD总体发病危险、ASCVD危险因素及降LDL-C/非-HDL-C达标率。结果表明,铁路职工中ASCVD极高危、高危、10年高危、10年中危、10年低危和余生危险人数比例分别为1.48%、9.48%、5.36%、11.75%、68.76%和2.16%;危险因素中前三位为超重和肥胖、吸烟、血脂异常;降LDL-C/非-HDL-C达标情况极高危人群、高危人群、10年高危人群均低于30%。说明该地区铁路职工ASCVD发病危险高,中青年人群余生危险应引起重视;ASCVD危险因素多,高危人群降LDL-C/非-HDL-C达标率低;应采取积极措施,根据ASCVD发病危险分层进行不同强度健康干预。

Investigation and Analysis on the Risk Assessment of ASCVD in Railway Workers in A Certain Area

To evaluate the overall morbidity risk of ASCVD among railway workers in a certain area and provide basis for health intervention. According to "Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Dyslipidemia in Chinese Adults(2016 Revision) ",the overall risk of ASCVD, risk factors of ASCVD and LDL-C/non-HDL-C compliance rate of 2,910 railway workers in this area were analyzed. The results show that the proportion of ASCVD high-risk, high-risk, 10-year high-risk,10-year medium-risk, 10-year low-risk and rest-of-life risk among railway workers is 1.48%, 9.48%, 5.36%, 11.75%, 68.76%and 2.16% respectively. The top three risk factors are overweight and obesity, smoking and dyslipidemia. Lowering LDL-C/non-HDL-C standard is lower than 30% for extremely high-risk population, high-risk population and 10-year high-risk population. This shows that the risk of ASCVD among railway workers in this area is high, and the risk of young and middleaged people for the rest of their lives should be paid attention to. There are many risk factors for ASCVD, and LDL-C/nonHDL-C compliance rate of high-risk population is low. Positive measures should be taken to carry out health interventions of different intensities according to the risk stratification of ASCVD.
