摘    要:新疆某油田公司某污水处理站采用生物膜法处理高含盐废水,经过2个月的运行调试,该生物处理系统能稳定高效地去除废水中COD、石油类、氨氮、BOD以及硫化物。为了了解该好氧接触氧化处理系统中起主要作用的微生物种群,采用高通量测序技术分析了接触氧化池在不同阶段(调试期和正式运行期)与不同级别氧化池中微生物膜的细菌群落结构,并分析了其功能分区。

Abstract:A Xinjiang oilfield company applied biological treatment system to treat high-salinity wastewater. After two months of operation, the biological treatment system can stably remove COD, petroleum pollutants, ammonia nitrogen, BOD, and sulfide efficiently. To understand the microbial population that played a major role in the system, high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze themicrobial community structure at different running stages. The bacterial community structure and its functional partitions were also analyzed.
