宝钢湛江钢铁厂建成后公众环境可接受风险研究

通过问卷调查、假设实验等方法,以宝钢湛江钢铁厂周边的公众为研究对象,探讨宝钢湛江钢铁厂建成后公众环境可接受风险水平。结果表明,宝钢湛江钢铁厂周边公众的环境可接受风险水平特征总体表现为较低水平,且主要受地理距离效应、风险管理水平(信息公开透明性、项目管理可信度、管控措施有效性)、社会经济效益增加和风险认知程度的影响,公众环境可接受风险水平除与风险认知程度呈负相关性外,与其余主要因素均呈正相关性。

Environmental Acceptable Risk of the Public After Construction of Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Plant

Based on the study of public environmental risk perception,this paper explores the environmental acceptable risk level of Baosteel Project in Zhanjiang Donghai Island by questionnaire survey,hypothetical and experimental method,mathematical statistics method.The results show that the environmental risk level of the public surroundings of Baosteel Zhanjiang is generally low level,which is mainly affected by geographical distance effect,risk management levels(transparency of information disclosure,impartiality of government administration,effectiveness of control measures),increased economic efficiency and risk perception level.Among them,the risk perception level is the negative correlation factor,and the rest are positive correlation factors.
