摘    要:被棘毒鱼螫伤是渔业工作者中常见的职业病,本研究对中国沿海近40个渔港,10万余名渔民进行了调查研究,发现Hong类是我国沿海毒性最强的棘毒鱼,发病率为3%-9%。并且对光Hong的毒腺结构进行了进行了初步观察。并且提出了预防及治疗的方法。

Abstract:There were more type stingrays with the poisoning spine. Those type of stingrays, such as Dasyatis laevigatus Chu, Dasyatis uarnak , and Dasyatis akajei were found often in China sea. It is one of the occupational diseases for fisherman to be stung by those spine poisoning fishes. Intense pain, edema around the injured area were previous symptoms and signs of envenomization. A number of systemic symptoms may also occur. The range from weakness, nausea, arrhythmias, paresthesia convulsion and even death. The results of our investigation some mechanism of the damage caused by stingray were discussed and the suggestions on the some preventive measurement were done. Studies on the epidemiology, clinical manifestation and laboratory research on stingray ( D.laevigatus Chu) were presented. The structure of venom gland of stingray ( D.laevigatus Chu) were presented.
