| 摘 要： | 采用加速溶剂萃取(ASE)—气相色谱法测定土壤中的12种类二噁英多氯联苯。在萃取温度100℃、萃取时间15min、萃取溶剂正己烷与丙酮的体积比1∶1、萃取试样量3g的最佳实验条件下,12种类二噁英多氯联苯的加标回收率为88.5%～109.8%,相对标准偏差为1.1%～6.7%。对小麦田实际土壤试样进行测定,共检出8种类二噁英多氯联苯,含量为50～671pg/g。
