高效无药气浮法处理含油污水技术实验研究

摘    要:用无药气浮法处理含油污水,无须要加入药剂,且处理成本低,产生的浮渣量少,是一种清洁生产工艺技术,具有很好的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益。室内实验研究结果表明,无药气浮处理法的最佳工艺条件是:溶气压力为0.3MPa(表压),污水pH值为6~7。为了满足生化处理对水质的要求,进水含油量应控制在200mg/L以下。无药气浮法小试工艺流程技术可行,建议进行中试放大试验。

Abstract:The no-additive air floatation technology used to treat oily wastewater can avoid consumption of chemical additives and has less cost and high efficiency. This technology can reduce floatation scum volume originally and becomes a clear production technology. The laboratory experiment showed that oil content in drain off water decreased with air pressure increasing. The optimum process conditions contain the optimal pressure of 0.3MPa and pH values of six to seven for wastewater. The oil concentration in inputted water should be below 200 mg/L.
