摘    要:探讨了以星载雷达监测所获得的数据为数据源,提取洪水灾害淹没范围的基本原理和方法,并以1995年5月洞庭湖遭受洪水时所获得的JERS-1SAR数据为例,说明了该方法的应用及其有效性。

Abstract:The basic principle and method for extracting the flood-inundated area from remote sensing data obtained by JERS-1 SAR are investigated in this paper. The method includes geometric correction, enhanced frost filter processing and threshold processing. The JERS-1 SAR data of Dongting Lake region during flood in May 1995 are used for research and analysis with the method. The result shows that the flood-inundated area can be obtained effectively, accurately and rapidly in the presented way.
