| Abstract: | According to historical flood and
present research, this paper systematically analyzes various flood premonitions and
provides certain theoretical basis for flood forecast. It is pointed out that, for
improving precision of forecast, flood premonition must be analyzed comprehensively. The
false premonitions must be eliminated and the true must retained so as to achieve the goal
of flood control and disaster reduction |
