| 摘 要： | 介绍了用气相色谱法(ECD)测定河流沉积物中甲、乙基汞的分析方法.前处理采用湿泥样品直接用盐酸溶液浸提,在酸性条件下用苯萃取,然后在中性条件下用盐酸-L-巯基丙氨酸-醋酸钠溶液提取,最后在酸性条件下用苯反萃取,萃取液直接进样分析.

| Abstract: | The paper introduce the method of determination of methyl and ethyl mercury in sediments by gas chromatograph. The pre-process adopt the wet sediments dissoluting in HCl, extracting by bezene in the acid, and extracting by L-cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate in the neutral, in the end reverse extracting by bezene in the acid, then injecting direct. |
