| Abstract: | The basic factors and the model of health safety and environment management system of SINOPEC are introduced. On the basis of the analysis of the current status of safety in the production at the power enterprise in oil field,this paper studies and puts forward the measure and procedure of establishing health safety and environment management system at the power enterprise of oil field. |
