| 摘 要： | 在使用ZYG—Ⅱ型智能冷原子荧光测汞仪测定土壤样品时,发现消解液中的盐酸试剂含有微量汞,使土壤中痕量汞的测定无法进行,本文采用巯基棉纤维提纯盐酸试剂并通过标准土样的测定对方法的准确度进行了验证。

| Abstract: | In the detection process of soil sample by the ZYGII cold AFS,traces of mercury can be found in the hydrochloric acid reagent from the digestion solution so that the detection of mercury become insignificant.This thesis makes discussions on the purification method of hydrochloric acid using the sulfhydryl(hydrosulphide) cotton fiber.The accuracy of this method is verified by means of detecting the standard soil. |
