摘    要:探讨了鱼肉中铍、铊的测定方法。样品用硝酸-硫酸消解,溴水氧化,聚氨酯泡塑吸附富集消解液中铊,消解液中铍不被吸附,石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铍和铊,结果满意。

Abstract:Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy (GFAAS) was used to measure Be and Tl in fish. The fish sample was digested by HNO3-H2SO4 and oxidized with bromine, Tl was complexed and absorbed by polyurethane foam and removed matrix interference from inorganic salts while Be was not absorbed in the digested juice. The measurement results of Be and Tl by GFAAS was satisfactory.
