| Abstract: | According to acoustics environment in China, the city＇s actual structure model ＆ the key values of Eco-civilization are discussed. The legislations and technical standard system and its revision of NVC engineering in China are analyzed. The article points out that NVC belongs to service industry, its two mission ＆ three developing trends are shown. The government legislation, principles, and economical system are discussed. |
