换流变压器阀侧套管充气及压力检测装置的研制

摘    要:由于灵州换流站 ABB供货的换流变压器阀侧套管没有可观测的密度表计、没有专用的补气口,密度继电器的校验、SF6气体湿度和分解物检测、套管实际压力检查需将密度继电器从套管上拆除,容易造成密度继电器连接处密封圈损坏,直流套管漏气,影响直流系统的安全稳定运行,针对此问题研制了换流变压器阀侧套管气体充气及压力检测装置,旨在解决站内换流变压器阀侧套管实际压力监测及补气困难的现状。

Abstract:Because the converter transformer valve has no observable density meter and no special airsupply port at Lingzhou Converter Station , the work such as inspection of the density relay , the detec-tion of SF6 gas humidity and its decomposition , the check of the bushing pressure need to remove thedensity relay from the bushing , which easily caused the sealing ring damage at the joint of the densityrelay , the leakage of direct current bushing, and influence the safe and steady operation of the directcurrent system. In order to solve the mentioned problems , the bushing air-filling and pressure detec- tion device for converter transformer valve was developed.
