开关柜套管屏蔽线安装方法的分析

摘    要:在进行35kV开关柜投运前的带电检测中,发现某开关柜特高频信号异常,暂态地电压、超声波幅值与背景值比较,超过带电检测规程要求,随后对开关柜进行停电解体检查,发现套管屏蔽线过长,触碰到套管内壁,导致在进行工频交流耐压试验中,击穿空气,造成绝缘放电。 最后提出了相应的处理措施。

Abstract:In the live detection of 35 kV switch cabinet before the commission, the ultra highfrequency signal was found abnormally, compared with the background value, the transient groundvoltage and ultrasonic amplitude value overran those of the requirements of the live detection regula-tion. Then the switch cabinet was outage and dismantled to be inspected, the casing screening wirewas long enough to touch the inner wall of the bushing and lead to the air breakthrough and result irthe insulation discharge during the frequency AC withstand voltage test. Finally the corresponding measures were presented.
