摘    要:对避雷器进行阻性电流测试、SF6气体成分分析、X射线检查、超声波检查及返厂拆解检查,确定避雷器异响是由于外部振动引起了避雷器内部芯体的非刚性绝缘部件振动摩擦发出。通过制定有效的整改措施,整改后避雷器未再发出异常响声。该次避雷器异响的处理经验,为今后类似异常的处理分析提供借鉴与参考。

Abstract:The abnormal noise of a 110 kV zinc oxide arrester is analyzed. The arrester is tested forresistive current, SF6 gas composition analysis, X-ray examination, ultrasonic inspection and disas-sembly inspection. It is determined that the abnormal noise of the arrester is caused by the vibrationand friction of the non-rigid insulating parts of the inner core of the arrester due to the external vibra-tion. Through the formulation of effective rectification measures , the lightning arrester no longer is-sued abnormal noise. The experience of dealing with the abnormal noise of the arrester provides a ref- erence for the analysis of similar anomalies in the future.
