银川东换流站滤波器用断路器合闸问题分析及解决方法

摘    要:由于换流站配置的交流滤波器需要频繁投切,为保证设备安全,换流站的交流滤波器开关会配置选相合闸装置,±660 kV银川东换流站交流滤波器3611、3612等小组断路器选相合闸装置现已不能在电压过零点进行准确的合闸。通过分析选相合闸装置的原理与现场的实际配置,分析了装置无法在过零点合闸的原因,并提出了考虑预击穿时间并定期对全站所有选相合闸装置进行重新整定的方法,解决了现场滤波器选相合闸问题。结果表明:该方法可以有效解决滤波器不能在过零点合闸问题,保证了直流系统可靠运行。

Abstract:AC filter allocated by the converter station requires frequent switching. In order to ensure the security of the equipment, AC filter switch of the converter station will allocate phase selection switching devices, but the phase selection switching devices of the AC filter No.3611 and No.3612 circuit breaker in ±660 kV Yinchuan Eastern Converter Station cannot close punctually at zero-crossing point of the phase voltage. By analyzing the principle of the phase selection switching devices and the real allocation at the site, the causes of the devices without closing at zero-crossing point were analyzed, considering the prebreakdown time, the method was put forward for regular resetting of the whole phase selection switching devices. The results show that the method effectively solves the problem of filter without closing at zero-crossing point and ensure the reliable operation of the direct current system.
