换流站阀冷主循环泵可靠性分析

摘    要:结合换流站曾发生的主泵停运导致极闭锁事件,分析了换流站主泵运行原理和运行可靠性。通过外因—主泵启动方式的稳定性分析、主泵电源可靠性分析和内因—主泵保护与主泵配合、主泵控制逻辑合理性分析,提出了增加主泵电机稳定性的建议和改进措施,可为其它换流站提供借鉴,同时也可为新建换流站主泵电机、控制保护逻辑和回路的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Combining with the happened pole blocking failure caused by the main pump shutdown in the converter station,the principle of main pump operation and the operation reliability were analyzed. Through the analyse of the following two aspects: one is the external cause of the stability analysis of main pump startup mode, main pump power supply reliability analysis; the other is the internal cause of the main pump protection and the main pump coordination, main pump control logic rationality analysis. According to the analysis results, some suggestions for increasing the stability of the main pump motor and improvement measures were presented, which can provide reference for other converter station and provide some reference for the main pump motor, the design of the control logic and circuit protection of the new -built converter station.
