| Abstract: | The causes of the psychological status and psychological sub-health of enterprise employees are introduced and it is necessary for enterprises to do psychological counseling work to alleviate enterprise employees＇ work and life stress.The opinion that psychological counseling is an important means for enterprises paying attention to employees＇ physical and mental health is pointed out,with some concrete countermeasures for conducting employees＇ psychological counseling presented. |
