| Abstract: | The model of ecnomic divelopment effects quality and direction of the society form. The model of circular ecnomy will achieve eco-economy,which the consumption of the natural resources and energy is low, the economic benefit is high and the pollution drain off is low. The theory of life cycle assessment is the base of the environmental mark plan. It controls the environmental behavior of the products and promotes the development of circular economy. Environmental mark plan is the power of circular economy development. |
